Our one stop shopping structure allows us to package our events and market them to both the client directly, as well as the local event companies. We always work closely with the venue's marketing staff to help coordinate and/or support their on-going marketing programs. We also help coordinate promotions to help encourage attendance.
As a full service caterer, we not only provide a wide range of menu options, but also complete theme development, including decor, rentals and entertainment coordination. From a simple picnic lunch or dinner buffet with red and white checkered table covering, to an extravagant gala, our staff will be able to assist the client in the coordination of every detail.
We take great pride in our creative, thematic, food presentation. We not only design our menus around the theme, we also carry out the theme in our presentation of the food itself. This can be as varied as fish crackers served in a fish bowl on the "Bait Shop" bar, to Dixie beer served in an old wooden boat filled with ice for a Cajun Cookout, to tropical palm leaves used for liners on our serving trays. Our expert staff will create a festive atmosphere in every detail of the event.
