Why are we different?

Our philosophy is different than the large, multi-national food service companies. We put an emphasis on well prepared food, price sensitivity, and knowledge of Zoo & Aquarium clientele. We realize that fair pricing and well prepared food play a major role in whether guests enjoy their overall stay at the facility.

Merchandising Techniques

Our Food and Beverage employees receive training in merchandising techniques, with an emphasis on presenting an appealing product that is reasonably priced. Because a visitor's encounter with food service leaves an impression reflecting on the overall facility visit, we pride ourselves on serving hot, fresh food in a truly courteous manner.

Paper Goods and Materials

As an environmentally conscious organization, we make an effort to obtain the most environmentally friendly packaging we can while realizing our obligation to consumer preferences. The use of paper in packaging foods has been reduced to a minimum to minimize paper waste.

We are committed to the use of attractive, and wherever possible, recyclable material. In large cafeteria settings, plastic trays are used. Recycling bins have been established at all of the food service areas that we operate, and these efforts not only are positive for the environment but are appreciated by visitors. A resolution, passed by the Denver City Council, commended our company for our environmental responsibility at our operations.
