Salads: Quality salads begin with sourcing the right produce.  We build relationships with local farmers and distributors with daily deliveries to ensure freshness. Premium salads are built-to-order.

Sandwiches: Our sandwiches are made with gourmet breads and all natural proteins.

Grilled Chicken: Using only all natural, antibiotic free chicken provides nothing but top quality and flavor for our guests.

Pizza: Our pies are built with hand-stretched dough brushed with seasoned oil.  Our tomato sauce is a custom blend, and our cheese is a high-moisture, no oil added, premium product.

Grilled Burgers: To stay ahead of today’s upscale burger craze, our chefs have responded with our own café quality burger program. Our burgers are 6 oz, 100% Angus fresh ground, all natural and hormone free.

Chicken Tenders: After years of working with manufacturers to find the best Chicken Tenders, our executive team decided to develop a new option: make them ourselves! Today we have our own proprietary system to offer hand-battered, restaurant quality, fresh chicken tenders!

Healthy & Fun: Rounding out our core offerings, we offer a host of healthy and fun additions, such as whole fruit, fresh baked cookies, cups of grapes & strawberries, local bakery pastries, and yogurts

Our Programming Is Sustainable

Sustainable Menus: We are committed to using local, organic, and sustainable products wherever and wherever possible.

Sustainable Menus: Our local chefs also champion the use of on-site vegetable and herb gardens as educational exhibits with our clients, such as this roof-top garden at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Sustainable Menus: Nationally, we pursue and partner with “Local Proud” programs.  Not only do local initiatives support regional farmers, but it also reduces transportation costs and the consumption of fossil fuels.

We also offer programs that include certified 100% grassfed beef, such as the hamburgers used at the Cincinnati Zoo from White Clover Farm, located in Hillsboro, Ohio.  100% grassfed beef has higher levels of vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and CLA’s. The cattle receive no hormones or antibiotics. White Clover Farm’s mission is to produce great tasting, high quality, healthy beef using only the finest ingredients – grass, sunshine, and clean water – the way nature intended.

Serving over 30 million guests annually, Service Systems Associates (SSA) has committed to serving 100% Seafood Watch recommended seafood at our 30 + cultural attractions across the United States. Our central purchasing program and individual culinary teams contribute to the success of this mission by tracking the various sources and quality of the seafood we purchase. SSA commits to utilizing all available tools and resources to identify risks of social rights abuses associated with the seafood we source and to take steps to reduce these risks.
