Food Trucks and Carts
Food Trucks and carts are very important to our culinary programming, allowing us to operationally “flex up” during high volume times throughout the year. We see the role of carts and kiosks expanding, due to their flexibility in programming and operational capabilities – especially in areas of the zoo that have space constraints.
Food trucks are one of the culinary industry’s hottest trends, and they aren’t going away soon – for good reason. They are economical and extremely versatile when it comes to the menu, look, and placement.
Mobile Carts Program
Food service carts can be designed to thematically integrate with their surroundings (lower left), or they can be designed to match each other (above and below). We are proposing to introduce a cart program with more visually appealing standards.
